Shuttle Transportation:
Operator: The Gold Rush Shuttle
Nearest Stop: On the corner of 9th & Tryon.
Frequency: Runs every 7 to 10 minutes; a round trip takes 17 to 20 minutes.
Parking:

Access Card Requests:
Contact your floor TRC Rep. or the Card Access Department at (704)386-7175 for access cards and/or access card request forms.
Maintenance Services:
Bank of America Associates: Call the Corporate Real Estate Help Line - (800) 698-4400.
All other Tenants: Call the Building Management Office - (704) 887-1220.
Freight Elevator & Loading Dock Use:
Dock Administrator: Officer Rawls or Officer McKnight - (704) 375-0186.
Loading Dock Hours:
The building has one (1) primary freight elevators. All scheduling requests for the freight elevator should be made with the dock administrator by calling (704) 375-0186. Hours are as follows: M-F 7:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M. & Sat 8:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. All other times by appt.
Building Amenities:
Concierge: Hours are on Tuesdays from 1:45 p.m. - 3:45p.m. Phone number: (704) 386-2502.

Recycling Program:
Paper & cardboard recycling available on each floor. For questions concerning the recycling program on your floor, contact the Management Office at (704) 887-1220.
