Engineering Department Hours of Operation:

Maintenance Engineers are on site Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.  They are on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.

Response Time:

All Engineering requests are given a priority code and responded to within that time period.  All maintenance requests are dispatched according to priority.  This can range from an immediate response for flooding, safety issues or power outages to a 24 hour response for less urgent matters, such as getting quotes from subcontractors. 

Contractor and Vendor Identification:

All contractors and vendors in the building are required to register with Security (704) 375-0186 during normal business hours or with the Security Console after hours and are assigned an ID badge which is to be worn at all times.  If a contractor or vendor is not wearing this badge, please contact the Security Console at (704) 375-0186.
